Returns & Refunds Policy

At House of Ayakari, every fragrance is crafted with intention. We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

Email us at houseofayakari@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
